At this time of year, we mostly receive enquiries from 2nd and 3rd years and post grad students, as they already have their friend groups arranged and have made their friends.
Our advice to 1st years is to ensure that you have a group of friends that you are sure you want to live with. Until you have such a group, please do not feel the need to rush into finding student accommodation.
